Customer Service

Many of our orders are shipped as gifts directly to your loved ones, family or friends, and we make every effort to provide excellent products and efficient delivery of our freshly made fudge.

Return Policy

If you are not happy with our product, or you receive incorrect or defective items, we accept returns. Exchanges and Refunds are granted to the purchaser only. You may return new, unopened items within 10 days of delivery. Exchanges and Refunds are not available to recipients of gift products.

Return Procedure

If you need to return an item, please contact us at customerservice@thefudgefairy.com and include your Name and Order Number. You will be notified via email of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. You will receive your replacement product or refund within normal delivery times following the receipt of your item.

The Fudge Fairy will pay return shipping if the return is a result of our error.

Shipping Information

- We ship our freshly made fudge in secure boxes appropriate for our product
- Fudge products require cool conditions to arrive in good condition
- Geographically hot areas and summer months may affect the product
- We will assist you with the best choice to ship your order

Shipping Zones

We ship primarily within the U.S., however, we can arrange international shipments at additional cost. Please note that there are restrictions on certain food products shipped to some international destinations. If you have questions about international shipments, please contact us at customerservice@thefudgefairy.com.

Shipping Options

Our primary shippers are USPS and UPS. You may select from a range of delivery service & price options (including ground and overnight delivery) when placing your order.

Shipping Schedule

- Orders received before 12:00 noon PST will normally be shipped on the same business day
- Orders received after 12:00 noon PST will be shipped on the next business day

Shipping Weights

Shipping rates for our products are weight-based. Weights of our products can be found on their product pages. Our most frequently shipped orders are 1 lb and 2 lb boxes and our shipping companies require weights rounded up to the next full pound.
