The Fudge Fairy was proud to donate Horse Lovers Fudge for the Horse Lover's Field Day held August 29, 2009 at the Grove River Ranch Equestrian Center located in Banks County in northeast Georgia. The ranch is situated between the small towns of Homere, Lula and Gillsville, a little over an hour's drive from downtown Atlanta.

This beautiful facility hosted an all-day event that was sponsored by the University of Georgia, Banks County Extension, 4-H Horsemanship Club and a variety of business donors and supporters.
The day was jam-packed with performances, seminars and activities including mid-day drawings for Door Prizes and Raffle Gifts.
The day began with an introduction to the Banks County 4-H Horsemanship Team, followed by the Southern Expressions Drill Team Performance. Seminars were held on a number of topics: Emergency First Air, Ulcers in Horses, Toxic Plants and Saddle Fitting. A parade of pony breeds and minature horses plus calf and jumping demonstrations were enjoyed by all, and the day ended with an exciting obstacle challenge competition.
The Fudge Fairy was happy to play a small part in providing quality prize items for drawings and fundraising events that educate youth and give them opportunities to become better horse owners and enthusiasts.
